Fully furnished 4+1 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living, dining with an open kitchen for daily/weekly/monthly rent.
One bedroom on the ground floor and the other 3 bedrooms (all air-conditioned) on the first floor. All bedrooms are spacious with 2 king and 2 queen size cots/mattresses and attached baths. Both floors have standard living, dining area, and open kitchen with separate wash and work area.
The living room is having a 55 Inch Android TV with Netflix/Amazon/YouTube Prime subscription enabled and added with High Definition Cable TV connection too.
High-speed 125 MBPS fiber internet with WIFI access points and ethernet cable access in all rooms also in the roof garden.
The first floor two bedrooms also have LED TV with internet and OTT enabled.
A major highlight of Ishaara is her “Green Cove” Rooftop garden. Almost 700 Sq. feet space with polycarbonate roofing on the side, so that sky is visible and the front side is open. Guests could enjoy the fresh air, green trees, and also rain. Fully loaded with plants, and palms with a 10 Seater space garden table/chairs. An elliptical Trainer is also available and an Air Cooler as well. WIFI access point with fast internet is also provided. Ideal for small group hangouts and parties.
The house is east-facing located between Museum junction and Nanthancode directly accessible at the main roadside with a museum botanical garden pond and lush green trees canopy view for all three bedrooms and living room. It can accommodate 8-10 adults and 2 children at the same time. It has a private/covered/protected car parking facility for a full-sized sedan or an SUV with two motorbikes/scooters at the same time.
The same property is also available as 1,2,3 or 4BHK on a daily/weekly basis as well.
Living room and all three bedrooms are east/garden facing with Fenesta soundproof windows/doors. Ishaara is accessible directly on the side of the mainstream road “Museum-Nanthancode-TTC” where the ministers commute daily.

Recently added a new outdoor “Patio Garden” to our Ishaara Prime with 150 sq feet covered area with poly-carbonate roofing, chairs, tables, a wall mounted fan, proper lighting and covered with plants. Perfect place for a morning coffee, news paper reading and small recreations.

Both side of the steps we have lush green garden include vertical plants on both walls. Garden and steps are also well lit with required lighting.
Rajesh is a native of Trivandrum city. Technoprenuer and proud geek into the hospitality business from year 2021 onwards. Rajesh owns the Ishaara property and assisted by his wife Sheeja Rajesh as the co-host for running the business. Sheeja manages administration, facilities, booking, check-in, checkout and housekeeping for Ishaara. They are living in proximity to Ishaara with a 1.5 KM driving distance. For the last 9 years was settled and working in Pune and Bangalore cities. In his spare time he used to browse internet, ride his bike, photography and spend time with family. The couple can communicate well in English, Hindi and Malayalam
Adipwoli stay! Well maintained home with beautiful interiors. We had planned our onam celebrations here with our brothers and we couldn’t expect anything more.
